At The Real Bigfoot, we're committed to getting your adventure gear to you quickly and safely. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, whether you're planning your next outdoor expedition or just want to show your Bigfoot pride.
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time of 3-7 business days before shipping.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Important International Notes:
- • Delivery times: 7-21 business days depending on destination
- • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
- • Some products may be restricted in certain countries
- • International orders cannot be expedited
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
If you have any issues with tracking or if your package appears to be delayed, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
6. Delivery Information
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive your package, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery. After multiple failed delivery attempts, packages may be returned to our facility.
Package Protection
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Real Bigfoot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend:
- Shipping to a secure location where someone can receive the package
- Using a work address if you're not home during delivery hours
- Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Considering package protection services offered by carriers
7. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited shipping methods. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or package consolidation services.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
For lost packages, we'll initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund.
9. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holiday seasons and promotional periods, shipping times may be extended due to increased volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date.
Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and communicated via email to our subscribers.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We provide prepaid return labels for damaged or defective items.
